We are looking for an Asset Protection Security Coordinator to lead, plan, and oversee the physical and asset security operations of an organization, ensuring the protection of people, facilities, equipment, sensitive information, and strategic assets. This professional will play a key role in loss prevention, risk mitigation, access control, management of in-house or outsourced teams, and implementation of policies, procedures, and technologies focused on corporate security. The role requires strategic vision, analytical ability, a preventive mindset, and the capacity to work closely with facilities, human resources, legal, compliance, technology, operations, and executive leadership.
The Asset Protection Security Coordinator will be responsible for assessing vulnerabilities, developing contingency plans, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. This person will also coordinate internal investigations related to security incidents, theft, intrusion, property damage, misconduct, and other occurrences that may compromise the organization’s integrity. The ideal candidate is expected to propose continuous improvements to processes, conduct awareness training, and promote an organizational culture focused on prevention and effective emergency response.
Key duties include managing CCTV systems, alarms, access control, patrol routines, gatehouse operations, and incident response protocols. The position requires experience in preparing management reports, conducting risk assessments, performing security audits, and maintaining relationships with vendors and service providers. In addition, it is important to liaise with public authorities when necessary and support actions related to event security, critical movements, transport of valuable goods, and executive protection, depending on the organization’s context.
We are seeking someone with a strong sense of responsibility, discretion, leadership, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. The ideal professional should combine technical knowledge of asset protection with communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. This person should also be able to interpret scenarios, prioritize preventive actions, and ensure that available resources are used efficiently and in alignment with business objectives.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment with both operational and strategic challenges, contributing directly to business continuity and the protection of company assets. If you have solid experience in asset protection security, an analytical profile, and a focus on operational excellence, this opportunity may represent an important next step in your professional career.
